THE TEAM OF THE CENTER CONDUCTED TRAINING «FROM CLASSICAL LESSONS TO INQUIRY-BASED LEARNING»

On September 27, 2019 as the practical part of the international conference “New Pedagogical Approaches in STEAM Education”, which was held within the framework of the international project of the EU ERASMUS + “MoPED – Modernization of Pedagogical Higher Education by Innovative Teaching Instruments” (№586098-EPP-1-2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Associate Professors Tetyana Blyznyuk and Viktoria Gniezdilova conducted a training course “From classical lessons to inquiry-based learning” for general secondary school teachers and academic staff of Ukrainian universities. In the course of active work, trainers introduced the participants the teaching / learning opportunities of the GoLab online platform and demonstrated new approaches to integrating STEAM subjects.

The training was attended by educators from different regions of Ukraine who expressed a desire to cooperate in the process of introducing innovative online learning methods and further improving the skills of creating educational content with this platform.
