The Concept of creation of the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies «PNU EcoSystem» was developed within the framework of the MoPED project of the EU ERASMUS+ «Modernization of Pedagogical Higher Education by Innovative Teaching Instruments» (No 58-1-2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine “On Higher Education” (2014), “On Education” (2017), “On General Secondary Education” (2018); and to implement the main provisions of the Concept of Development of Pedagogic Education (2018), the Concept of “New School. The Space of Educational Opportunities” (2016), National Doctrine of Educational Development of Ukraine in the XXI-st Century (2002), the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine until 2021 (2013), the State Standard for Primary Education (2018), and others.
The Center for Innovative Educational Technology “PNU-EcoSystem” is a structural unit of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University which is formed by a decision of the Academic Council (Record No. 7 of August 30, 2019) according to the order of Rector Prof. Ihor Tsependa (Order № 515 of 08/30/2019).
Officially, the Center has been operating since September 1, 2019, the Professor Olena Budnyk is appointed as its Director.
The main activity of the Center is aimed at introducing into the educational process the best European teaching practices, the use of information and communication technologies in teacher training in accordance with the contemporary challenges of reforming national education.
