On April 7, the team of the Center organized a video conference with high school students of Yamnytsia Lyceum of Yamnytsia Village Council of Ivano-Frankivsk Region. At the event, moderated by Associate Professor Kateryna Fomin, Professor Olena Budnyk and Associate Professor Tetyana Blyzniuk were the speakers.
During the meeting, high school students were introduced to the possibility of studying at the Faculty of Pedagogy, priorities of the teaching profession and prospects for its acquisition at the Precarpathian National University, peculiarities of study for future teachers at the Center of Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU EcoSystem” using modern technical equipment. Teachers offered the students of the lyceum a virtual tour of the university, also told about the opportunities for students of improving communication skills in English, participation in various English-language activities with foreign guests which are organized at the Faculty of Pedagogy.
An online survey showed that Yamnytsya Lyceum graduates consider the pedagogical faculty in their professional choice.
At the end of the meeting, the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature Nadiya Perchyk thanked the teachers for the provided information and shared her memories of her student years at our university.
