Olena Budnyk’s textbook “E-Learning and Inclusive Education” (2023) has been published, proposing a wide range of electronic resources for teaching students in inclusive settings. The book has been published in English and is recommended for educational institutions to train future teachers in EU countries.
The course “E-Learning & Inclusive Education” has been tested as part of the project “Integrated Development Program of the University of Silesia in Katowice” (Republic of Poland). In October-December 2022, students of the Department of Social Sciences, majoring in Special Education, of the University of Silesia were enrolled in the course, and they demonstrated the relevance and practical nature of the course. The textbook focuses on the implementation of the best European practices of differentiated teaching and assessment of children with special needs using digital tools; technologies for establishing pedagogical cooperation with parents of students with special educational needs in distance learning, optimizing interpersonal relationships, overcoming communication barriers in the social and educational environment of an educational institution, etc.
