The event was attended by: Ihor Tsependa, Rector of the University, Professor, Deputy Chairman of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration Ihor Pasichniak, Director of the Department of Education, Science and Youth Policy of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration Viktor Kimakovych, Rector of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical education Roman Zubiak, executives of structural units of the University, managers and participants of the University academic project group, academic staff of the University, educators of the general Secondary Education Institutions of the region, who participated in MoPED training courses, mass media representatives.
During the presentation of the Center, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Liliia Grynevych made an introductory address, which emphasized the importance of modernizing the content of pedagogical education in the context of the New Ukrainian School, the importance of international projects and the professional mobility of university academic staff in improving the quality of training of specialists. In her speech, the Minister also answered the questions of the participants of the event and stressed the significance of cooperation between the university and educational institutions of various levels, education associations in the activation of innovative pedagogical activity in the region, as well as the professional development of pedagogical workers.
Rector of Precarpathian National University, Professor Ihor Tsependa, introduced the Concept of the “Center of Innovative Pedagogical Technologies – PNU Ecosystem”, including its priorities and development prospects, dissemination of the best European practices of STEAM subjects teaching, experience of using innovative tools and teaching methods in institutions of preschool education, general secondary education institutions, as well as possibilities for joint projects with foreign research institutions for preparation and implementation of grant programs, online mass events, etc.
