Academic staff participated in a meeting of the Academic Council of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University on November 25. One of the key issues addressed was the work of the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies ‘PNU EcoSystem’ in advancing the professional development of specialists, as well as the tasks and prospects for implementing professional development for pedagogical staff as part of the New Ukrainian School reform. In her 2024 report, Professor Olena Budnyk highlighted the Center’s achievements, including the development of educational programs for courses, addressing logistical challenges, and enhancing collaboration among university departments involved in these initiatives. Significant attention was devoted to the provision of paid services by the Center, such as activities focused on the professional and pedagogical development of specialists and the creation of a digital platform for asynchronous learning. This platform includes video lectures and didactic materials for independent academic staff development.
Looking ahead to 2025, the Center’s priorities include expanding project activities, fostering international cooperation, and organizing open lectures with global partners on modern humanities and STEM education. Other objectives include increasing international and domestic academic mobility to share and apply educational innovations in teacher courses and training, continuing the publication of the Ukrainian-Polish collection ‘Educational Innovations’ (targeted at students), and more.
