Professor Olena Budnyk and Associate Professor Kateryna Fomin presented a report on “Women in Ukraine during the War in the Teachings of the Greek Catholic Church,” in which they revealed the important interaction between the personal trials that women experience during the war and the support provided by the church in this difficult period. Considerable attention was paid to the different roles women play in supporting families, communities, and the military, their activities at the front, and the risks they face due to the loss of loved ones, the need to make difficult decisions about the safety and future of their families.
