On June 27, the last (third) training session for scientific and pedagogical staff from the cycle “University of the Future: Secrets of Successful Management in Education” took place at the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU EcoSystem”. 40 lectures took part in the training on the topic “Innovative trends in education: virtual and augmented reality” in the interactive format.
Speakers: Professor Olena Budnyk, director of the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU EcoSystem” and senior lecturer Mykhaylo Kotyk, a specialist of this Center, spoke about the latest trends in the development of innovative pedagogy, technologies used in domestic and foreign education. The practical case provided an introduction to specific virtual and augmented reality applications and tools for use in professional practice. The participants had the opportunity to test these tools during the training, discover new interesting programs for themselves, as well as ponder the advantages and disadvantages of virtual and augmented reality in the higher educational process, choose interactive content and software for teaching various academic disciplines, etc.
